Rep. Carolyn McCarthy is at it again, trying to restrict more of your gun rights. Even though there is no evidence that gun control has worked in the past, McCarthy is now trying to ban one of the most useful, firearms-related items that you could ever use for self-defense.
__________________________________________________________
Item One:
"Obama's Open-Mike Comments" FAX
By now, many of you have heard the audio clips of a meeting between Obama and his campaign donors. Granted, the meeting was supposed to (or thought to) be a private one, but one reporter left his mike and recorder running and, for whatever reason, chose to make the audio clips public.
We believe the comments made by Obama in the audio clips should speak volumes to Speaker Boehner and teach him a very valuable lesson: Obama is NOT to be trusted and he (Boehner) should refrain from making ANY further deals with Obama, Reid, or any Democrat!
In case Speaker Boehner "missed the lesson" of these audio clips, please help us "teach"him this valuable lesson! Please click the title of the fax (above), then click "Read fax." IF you agree with its content, request to send it to Speaker Boehner in your name.
Item Two:
"Republican National Committee" FAX
Many of our members have contacted us expressing their anger and frustration over the recent Boehner/Obama/Reid "Budget Compromise." From the comments made, the general consensus is that many of you feel betrayed by John Boehner's capitulation to the Democrats and would like to have him replaced as Speaker of the House.
We are not sure if that is a possibility or not, but we CAN let the Republican National Committee know of our displeasure of the Republican leadership of the House--headed by John Boehner.
Please click the title of the fax (above), then click "Read fax." IF you agree with its content, request to send it to the Chairman, co-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary of the Republican National Committee.
Item Three:
Governor Scott Walker (WI) Needs Your Help!
Although his opponent, Joanne Kloppenberg, has until Wednesday of this week to file for a state-wide recount, Incumbent Justice David Prosser defeated his Democratic rival with the results of the election declaring Justice Prosser the winner! This is a huge victory for Conservatives in WI!
However, the Unions refuse to accept defeat and have launched a Recall Campaign of Governor Scott Walker.

Comment by Gary Hunt on November 9, 2011 at 9:51pm Arizona Committee of Safety Established
An historical First for Arizona
by acos@committee.org
November 9, 2011
On October 21, 2011, a small group of people met, for the second time, under the name of Border Patriots Advisory Committee (BPAC). Their first meeting, a few weeks earlier, had determined a need to deal with a problem, while staying within the Constitution. It was an effort to find such means that had brought them back together -- to find that solution.
During the meeting, the discussion came to consideration of a proposal submitted by Mike Frye (Oathkeepers). That proposal was for a structured association based upon the historical Committees of Safety, which were the civil government during the entire period of the Revolutionary War.
After discussion of the Committee of Safety approach, it was decided that all of the parties would review and return, in two weeks, for recommendations/modifications to the written proposal.
On November 4, 2011, in a meeting at the Rock Springs Cafe, Rock Springs, Arizona, revisions were submitted to the gathered parties, adopted - subject to review, and by a near unanimous vote (1 nay), the Arizona Committee of Safety (ACoS) came into existence.
The adopted plan for the General Association of the ACoS (body of all subscribers to the Committee of Safety) is based upon participation by County Committees of Safety. Five counties were represented at the meeting, and they are to return to their respective counties, establish Committees of Safety, and designate two delegates to sit on the Executive Board of the ACoS.
The only officer selected at this formation meeting was a Sergeant at Arms/Parliamentarian, who will act as Chairman until such time as the delegate Executive Board is created. At that time, the General Association will elect a Chairman, who will vote only in the event of a tie, and who is not one of the county delegates.
Membership in the Association is open to all lawful inhabitants of Arizona, unless it is determined that they are not supportive of the purpose of the ACoS, to wit:
The Purpose is to provide for the Safety, Protection, and Security of the lawful inhabitants of Arizona, especially in those areas where the federal and state government have failed to provide such protection. All activity is to be in adherence to the Arizona Constitution and the Constitution for the United States of America.
The original fourteen colonies (Vermont included) established Committees during the Revolutionary War era. During the Civil War, some southern states adopted local Committees of Safety to deal with "Yankee invaders". Both Texas and California had Committees of Safety from towards the end of Mexican rule until they were firmly established as Republics (prior to entry into the Union of States). For Arizona, this is an historical first, since there has never been a Committee of Safety in its history.
The assembled participants in this inaugural meeting included representatives of Sons Of Liberty Riders – Wendy Schops; Arizona State Guard, L.L.C. – Tim Guiney; Greater Phoenix Tea Party Patriots – Kelly Townsend; Mountain Tea Party – Vera Anderson; Watchmen of America – Philip Richards; Mohave County -- Elmer Whitaker; Pima County -- Cathy McSasserson; as well as a number of other fine Arizona Patriots.
As the diversity of the participating organizations clearly demonstrates, the appeal of the Arizona Committee of Safety reaches across political and ideological boundaries in its effort to establish a unified organization.
The need for self-defense and the 2nd Amendment becomes crystal when you understand how dictators and terrorism work - - not much difference. My work in anti-aging research - - being able to achieve optimum health and anti-aging - - requires that nobody (-and that includes my own government agencies that, I believe, are under the influence of the "KEEP EM SICK AND COMING" drug companies-) dictates anything to me, from how I live my life and how I believe is the best way to achieve optimum health and anti-aging. To check out the section on terrorism on our web-site, and my new e-book Dr. Kugler's Ultimate Anti-Aging Factor click here.

Comment by Conrad C Gabbard on October 18, 2011 at 4:01pm Perry defending in-state college tuition and government grants for illegals and children of illegals while American citizens from the other 49 states wanting to attend a Texas college must pay significantly more is unacceptable. Perry’s open "friendships" with "moderate" Muslims also demonstrates a serious ignorance that would help promote "cooking the American frog:" slowly destroying our way of life and democratic Republic without notice by the powers that be.
Romney, conversely, has been on both sides of just about every serious issue. Which Romney would show up at the White House? Romney seems to be the consensus choice among long-time, entrenched Republican vermin. I won’t help send either of these jokers to the WH.

Students in a Texas public high school were made to stand up and recite the Mexican national anthem and Mexican pledge of allegiance as part of a Spanish class assignment, but the school district maintains there was nothing wrong with the lesson.
It happened last month in an intermediate Spanish class at Achieve Early College High School in McAllen, Texas — a city located about 10 miles from the U.S.-Mexico border.

Wearing red, white and green, students had to memorize the Mexican anthem and pledge and stand up and recite them in individually in front of the class.
That didn’t go over well with sophomore Brenda Brinsdon. The 15-year-old sat down and refused to participate.Source: www.TheBlaze.com
