Rep. Carolyn McCarthy is at it again, trying to restrict more of your gun rights. Even though there is no evidence that gun control has worked in the past, McCarthy is now trying to ban one of the most useful, firearms-related items that you could ever use for self-defense.
__________________________________________________________
Item One:
"Obama's Open-Mike Comments" FAX
By now, many of you have heard the audio clips of a meeting between Obama and his campaign donors. Granted, the meeting was supposed to (or thought to) be a private one, but one reporter left his mike and recorder running and, for whatever reason, chose to make the audio clips public.
We believe the comments made by Obama in the audio clips should speak volumes to Speaker Boehner and teach him a very valuable lesson: Obama is NOT to be trusted and he (Boehner) should refrain from making ANY further deals with Obama, Reid, or any Democrat!
In case Speaker Boehner "missed the lesson" of these audio clips, please help us "teach"him this valuable lesson! Please click the title of the fax (above), then click "Read fax." IF you agree with its content, request to send it to Speaker Boehner in your name.
Item Two:
"Republican National Committee" FAX
Many of our members have contacted us expressing their anger and frustration over the recent Boehner/Obama/Reid "Budget Compromise." From the comments made, the general consensus is that many of you feel betrayed by John Boehner's capitulation to the Democrats and would like to have him replaced as Speaker of the House.
We are not sure if that is a possibility or not, but we CAN let the Republican National Committee know of our displeasure of the Republican leadership of the House--headed by John Boehner.
Please click the title of the fax (above), then click "Read fax." IF you agree with its content, request to send it to the Chairman, co-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary of the Republican National Committee.
Item Three:
Governor Scott Walker (WI) Needs Your Help!
Although his opponent, Joanne Kloppenberg, has until Wednesday of this week to file for a state-wide recount, Incumbent Justice David Prosser defeated his Democratic rival with the results of the election declaring Justice Prosser the winner! This is a huge victory for Conservatives in WI!
However, the Unions refuse to accept defeat and have launched a Recall Campaign of Governor Scott Walker.

Comment by Conrad C Gabbard on August 10, 2011 at 6:34pm To overcone the major obstacle confronting our nation, we need to be wise, as described by Mahfouz Naguib: "You can tell whether a man is clever by his answers. You can tell whether a man is wise by his questions."
Some questions that need a public forum for review are:
1. How has Obama managed to avoid the dire, doctrinal fate of all other apostates? Does the Muslim world know something we don't?
2. We know "professor" Obama lectured on the Cloward-Piven Strategy of Orchestrated Crisis, to overextend and bring down Government; how have president Obama's appointments, domestic, foreign and economic policies deviated from that "strategy"?
3. Who approved the unlawful BATF&E gunrunning from licensed gun-dealers to Mexican cartels while trying to get the UN Small Arms Treaty ratified?
4. Why has the Justice Department ignored the three-dozen armed, Muslim para-military training camps around the country as documented and reported on HANNITY?
5. How did one man get so many inflamatory, need-toknow, classified documents from a variety of Departments and agencies to "leak" to WikiLeaks, giving Muslims around the world cause to rise against those Muslim despots who hve been cooperating with the West - paving the way for Muslim Brotherhood control of the ME?
6. Why might this American president want to "bring down" our government?
I suspect you guys can do as well or better. Shall we spread the joy?
Comment by Christian Jorgensen on August 10, 2011 at 5:37pm Conrad,
I don't wear my tour's as a badge of honor either, I don't have a huge Vietnam Service Medal on my truck or a well emblazoned hat with every piece of embellishment the Military issued. I do get a little miffed when people who have no concept of combat questions my understanding of what it is to put my country before myself and suffer the consequences. Like I said before, there are those who will talk about it, get people fired up, then suddenly not be at the front when the doo doo hits the fan. I will admit, I jumped to conclusions and misread some of what was being said, and the intent of their words, after going back and reading the comments again. Gary did step over the line though with his plan( or at least the one he posted, whoever it wrote it) to target law enforcement and teach them a lesson through violence and the open declaration for a blood bath to those he disagrees with. We do have a right and a duty to stand up and defend our Country, Constitution and friends and family. No question about it, and I will be the first one there, but he has no right to put the site I have worked so hard at risk of being taken down for his call to arms. He says it is too late and only fools think otherwise, almost condescendingly flouting his intellectual superior understanding of when is right and anyone that disagrees with him may be intellectually deficient and lacking a spine. That was the third time I have asked him not to post that crap here, and for sure it will be the last next time. He does the raise quality of debate at times and that is what we need, a better understanding of what we are against, but not at the price of getting flamed by the government before its time. I invest $300 a year to keep this site going for the use of Nings servers, and many many hours to keep it up, I don't allow or ask for contributions and donations, nor would I ever consider it, we want our members for what they bring to the site, not the potential dollars they can give. Not a common thing among sites like this.
This site is my private property and I have every right to control the content that is posted here. It isn't a public domain and there is no first amendment right to just say and act as a person wants. Some people just don't make welcome guests by ignoring their hosts wishes. There are so many that do make welcomed guests, 2,902 vs 1 or two who don't. There are just too many sites they can post that crap on, and besides, a violent overthrow of our Government wouldn't look like a freer and more prosperous country, it would be a former shell of itself and susceptible to our worlds enemies, we have more enemies than we know, ready and willing to fill the vacuum.
You said it perfectly:
"There can be few brothers in arms here, protecting each other toward a common objective/cause. If action becomes necessary, it will be an individual decision, acted on alone or with a few trusted family members and/or well known neighbors. We all hope overt rebellion never becomes necessary, but if it does, we hope those who act do so on factual evidence, in an effective way - and never against innocents."
Comment by Michael Colwell on August 10, 2011 at 2:54pm I was never black opps, just a grunt that walked the trails, slept in the rice padies, the ruble filled streets and wept for my friends I left behind. I spent 11 years with the 101th airborne, the rest in the Airforce as a CWD / Anti-Terorist expert. my last combat tour 2006, my first in 1969. I still have kids I worked with and trained in combat right now .
We speek now and then.
My CIB is not a Hay Look at Me,
But a testiment of my devotion to my country. Service to America is a family thing with us, five generations.
I do not cling to those days. I lived them. Viet Nam, With the UN in Lebenon, First gulf war in Isral, Egypt, I crossed the Border with the Kurds. The second time around.,Diago Garcia with the Canadians.
I am a profesional. And I still say to everyone I talk to
""Please Vote ""
The use of Force in America will change it faster than Obama ever could
Now Some may say BUT.... we have to act.. I beg everyone has thoughts of the use of force.
Don't
Please use the ballot box.
I am sure you Know what a
Safe LZ is.

Conrad I am truly respect someone like you suffered such a great loss.

Comment by Conrad C Gabbard on August 10, 2011 at 1:54pm We all need a survival strategy, Max, suitable to our own particular situation(s) and environment. The Outdoor and Sportsman's channels are providing increasing self-defense and survival guidance programming. Pretty good stuff as they've made me aware of helpful items I never knew existed. Yes, I know some people with a CCW permit that won't carry, but Arizona no longer requires the permit (it still helps to buy guns).
Michael, I never earned a CIB, as the guys running around with the metal "US" for a rank-designator on our fatigues had the wrong MOS(s). My first RVN tour was in civilian clothes, somewhat like black ops in the open. I was one of the eight men sent to replace our first "official" RVN combat casualty: Sp4 James T. Davis. I've been in two NVA tunnels and behind an M-60 in a 1st Cav Huey more than a few times. Like they say: "Some gave all, all gave some." Some cling to those days and events; I do not. I retired in 1973 after 16 years service with an 80% permanent disability. They passed my promotion number for E-8 while I was a patient for retirement evaluation at Wm. Beaumont Medical Center in El Paso. My timing apparently stank.

Comment by Christian Jorgensen on August 8, 2011 at 10:20pm He He He, You may be right Max, please leave your bedroom experiences at home, TMI is easily achieved and leads to talking trash. My one and only point is that if you want to talk bloody rebellion, that we have passed the point of any resolution through the ballot box and that only fools and idiots think they can affect change at the ballot and that bloody rebellion is the only alternative left then you are on the wrong site. I am not even sure you actually understand what Conrad meant, to me he said it exactly right, you don't talk and make plans in public on a site that is monitored by the government, plain and simple. Conrad stated :
"There can be few brothers in arms here, protecting each other toward a common objective/cause. If action becomes necessary, it will be an individual decision, acted on alone or with a few trusted family members and/or well known neighbors. We all hope overt rebellion never becomes necessary, but if it does, we hope those who act do so on factual evidence, in an effective way - and never against innocents."
That says it all in my book, he stated it perfectly, and I agree with that. You are welcome to stay as a member if you can follow our "terms of use" if you haven't read them, which few have, then I suggest you do so now. I have no bone to pick with you, I am just tired of telling people you cant advocate violence here. I have been doing it constantly for the last 2 1/2 years with different members and I am getting tired of telling the same people over and over you cant do that here, get my point? Only thing I am saying is you cant promote violence here, period. When I need to be there I probably will be, otherwise I am sticking with our plan, the reason I started this site.
