For Which We Stand

United We Stand Stronger As Americans

I've not written about this yet, but I've been fighting this for the last couple of months since I found out about it. Unfortunately they have been working on this since 92. Defeating Agenda 21 will stop 95% of everything the Progressives want.  They hide their agenda under the guise of Sustainable Development, sounds great doesn't it? Well let me clue you in, Sustainable Development is being used to sell this to your city and county leaders, most of them are not aware of the bigger plan. They also call it New Urbanization...if you have a place in your city where they are building Condos/Apartments on top of retail spaces with little patches of grass and trees and bike lanes along the roads, then they have already started in your city.  To put it simply, they want to move everyone out of the suburbs and the country into controlled places in the city. Stacking people on top of people just like the early 1900's in the first big cities.  They try to make it look attractive with the stores and restaurants located in the same buildings you live in, in reality they are working on regulating how and where you drive your car.  They would like everyone just to bike to work, it's healthy, doesn't damage the eco-sphere,  that's why they push the "Green" lifestyle.  Most city leaders fall into this trap without knowing what their real agenda is.  They use what you call public/private partnerships to do this. Basically it means that a private company develops the property, with you tax dollars.  Sound a little like Socialism?  That's cause it is, they already have young people sold on this whole system.  Here where I live they have developed a whole corridor near downtown for this purpose. The only ones buying into it are the younger people who don't know any better. The main goal of Agenda 21 sounds at first like they are trying to protect the environment, but in what they are really doing is trying to control the worlds natural resources.  By keeping you out of your automobile they can control the Oil industry that's the first thing they want to control, but it doesn't stop there, they want to turn all of the land that is not allocated for cities into a wilderness that no one can enter, live on, or use. They want to control the Water! Water will be the Oil of the 21st century.  Their plans is to first control your land, you won't be able to chop down a tree, or burn firewood. You wont' be able to grow a garden to feed your family with, you can already see this happening today in the U.S. They want to stop you from using air conditioning, really they want to stop you from using electricity.  Here is their own words on the objectives:

B) Promoting sustainable development:

  1. Energy development, efficiency and consumption;
  2. Transportation;
  3. Industrial development;
  4. Terrestrial and marine resource development and land use;

BASIS FOR ACTION

9.6. Concern about climate change and climate variability, air pollution and ozone depletion has created new demands for scientific, economic and social information to reduce the remaining uncertainties in these fields. Better understanding and prediction of the various properties of the atmosphere and of the affected ecosystems, as well as health impacts and their interactions with socio-economic factors, are needed.

OBJECTIVES

9.7. The basic objective of this programme area is to improve the understanding of processes that influence and are influenced by the Earth's atmosphere on a global, regional and local scale, including, inter alia, physical, chemical, geological, biological, oceanic, hydrological, economic and social processes; to build capacity and enhance international cooperation; and to improve understanding of the economic and social consequences of atmospheric changes and of mitigation and response measures addressing such changes.

These people want not only a one world government or new world order,  they want to control everything in your life. Private property will not exist if they get their way.

It's hard to read this map but all you need to know is the Black places are where they will let people live, the solid red areas, no or little human use! The yellow is highly restricted use.  Doesn't look like there are very many places to live huh?  It's not bad enough that the UN came up with this but that Bush Sr. adopted it, and Clinton signed it into law.  Few people have heard of it, even fewer know what it really does, and the ones who have signed on to it, don't realize what the actual goal is.  The organization that is promoting this to civic leaders is ICLEI, their website is iclei.org, they sell this and even get communities to hire sustainable development directors. If your city has a sustainable development consultant on the payroll, or they've started building bike lanes along all the roads even though you don't see anyone riding bikes, or you see a lot of construction of big apartment buildings with shops and eateries on the bottom, then your community has been infected.  Of course when you start complaining about Agenda 21 or write to the newspaper about it, they will call you a conspiracy nut.  I don't think it was an accident that they named it Agenda 21...sounds a bit like Area 51 doesn't it?  Investigate it yourself, google Agenda 21 and read up on it, cause you'll be scared to death like I am, and hopefully we can all join together to stop it!

Ten Commandments of Human Relations

The fundamental issue in human ethical behavior is summarized by Jesus in what we have come to call "The Golden Rule." Jesus put it this way:

So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you, for this sums up the Law and the Prophets (Matthew 7:12 TNIV).

It asks us to test our treatment of others by putting ourselves in their place. Treat others the way you would want them to treat you in the same or similar circumstance.

Somebody took that principle and translated it into Ten Commandments of Human Relations. You may have seen this anonymous piece, for it circulates in a variety of settings. In case you have missed it, I am reproducing it here.

Speak to people. There is nothing as nice as a cheerful word of greeting.

Smile at people. It takes 72 muscles to frown, only 14 to smile.

Call people by name. It is music to anyone’s ears to hear the sound of his or her name.

Be friendly and helpful.

Be cordial. Speak and act as if everything you do is genuinely a pleasure. If it isn’t, learn to make it so.

Be genuinely interested in people. You can like almost anyone, if you try.

Be generous with praise, cautious with criticism.

Be considerate of the feelings of others. There are usually three sides to a controversy — yours, the other fellow’s, and the correct one.

Be alert to serve. What counts most in life is what you do for others.

Live with a good sense of humor, a generous dose of patience, and a dash of humility appropriate to being human.

Made in God’s image, all of us have something to be valued!

The great challenge in human experience is not work skills, but people skills. That is, research has shown that the majority of people who fail in their vocation do so because they cannot get along with people.

You might think through the meaning of these ten common-sense ideas for your own workplace and personal activity. But what about the larger setting for your daily life? These principles work everywhere you go, for they are about showing respect to the people you meet in all those places.

Made in God’s image, all of us have something to be valued, affirmed, and acknowledged by others. But let it begin with us to acknowledge it in them. As the cycle of giving and receiving enlarges, the human community comes alive.
